2)Order the suspension of the pursuit of measures, against the applicant ,until the final decision
3)Orders , maintaining the actual and legal status of movable and immovable property of the applicant ,until the discussion of the mrs application,
,4)Provides for monthly payment of 200 euros, the first five days of each month, starting from 1-07-2006.
In conclusion, for the Union of Protection of Consumers of Crete , the granted Temporary Order ,the district Court Degree of Heraklion, considered to be important as it has offered in the large family, the proper breath ,saving their home.
