Dislocated, by the Police Narcotics Directorate of Security of Attica, a criminal organisation whose members were trafficking significant quantities of drugs on the domestic illegal market.
They were arrested, the evening hours of 21-11-2016 in Piraeus and Perama five (5) persons, of which three (3) nationals of Albania, aged 24, 26 and 33 years of age and two (2) subjects aged between 42 and 81 years of age. Sought their accomplices.
Against them formed a criminal case for case-by-case offences of recommendation and participation in a criminal organization and for offences falling under the provisions of the drug Law.
The Sub-directorate of Drug enforcement in the context of actions for combating and deconstructing criminal networks trafficking in drugs and after appropriate use of information, cross-referencing, identification of individuals and creation of a “profile” of the parties, certified the illegal action of the criminal circuit in the trafficking of drugs and the roles of its members, while at the same time have been identified and storage areas-concealment of drugs. During the surveys was developed in collaboration with the competent Albanian Authorities.
Following the above organized business, during which they were arrested in Piraeus for the 3 nationals of Albania, after the sale on their behalf of a quantity of cannabis in the 42-year-old national, who also was arrested. In addition, he was arrested in Perama the 81χρονος national, who had been concealed in his house a quantity of cannabis he had previously obtained from the above-mentioned nationals of Albania.
