A 29 – year – old and a 21 – year – old man were involved in the ring who would track down the cars they would steal. Finally a 51-year-old with a car crew who helped break up the cars and was paid by the organization. Typical of their method is that they did not commit occasional thefts, but they stole cars of a particular brand, model and color, which matched perfectly each time with vehicles that had just registered.
