discussions in cooperation with the Secretariat of Rural Stakeholders for issues of the agricultural and livestock sector with the presence of executives of the Party and the coordination of the Secretary-general Policy Committee of the SW – Mp of Heraklion, mr. Lefteris Αυγενάκη.
The panel of the SOUTHWEST will hold meetings with people of the primary sector and the 4 prefectures of Crete, from Thursday 3 November to Sunday 6 November. In the context of open discussion meetings have been scheduled with representatives of agricultural and livestock operators, as well as visits to model cooperative units innovative units for the production of agricultural products and the manufacturing export units in Crete.
At the step of the SW participate in the kc: Lefteris Αυγενάκης, Secretary of the Political Committee SW – Mp of Heraklion, Apostle Vesiropoulos, Section chief of Tax Policy–a Member of Imathia, Vasilis Economou, Τομέαρχης of Labour, Social Security and Welfare – State Mp, Dimitris Melas, agent. Minister of Rural Development and Food -Coordinator of the group, preparation of the government program of the SOUTHWEST for the primary sector to the Secretariat Programme, Kostas Μπαγινέτας, Secretary, Rural Operators SW and Christos Giannakakis, Councillor Secretary of IP on issues of primary sector and agricultural cooperatives.
The New Republic through these open discussions with farmers and breeders, organized, has opened a constructive dialogue around the problems facing the rural world, and the prospects for its development.
As emphasised by mr Lefteris Αυγενάκης: “The preparation and organisation of open discussions with farmers and growers in Crete, bears witness to the importance given by the New Republic in the agricultural sector of Crete, and the particular added value that is produced in the island by the primary sector.”
