Challenge is to come up with a setting that does not conflict with constitutional obstacles, as happened with the Legislation of 2011, which was annulled by the Administrative Court (February 2016) and the Supreme Court (October 2014).
These two laws are the basis on which the legislature will have to establish the new setting in order to remove a distortion of several years. The issue is known: the Civil servants who were appointed or elected at one or more positions of their pension (Public service) and at the same time they get a salary for the office, for.x. member of parliament, minister, mayor, an independent official etc.
