references 16 laws voted on by the plenary of the previous House of Representatives in the last session on 14 April.
Last Wednesday recorded the objections of the lawyers.
Among these laws are texts relating to the occupying state, state officials, high-ranking public officials and judges, texts that regulate the resolution of credit institutions and investment companies, and the restructuring of credit facilities, a law that sets a quota in favour of women in appointments to Boards, law amending the incompatibility of certain officials, the law that prevents the privatisation by the end of 2017 and the amending of the criminal code, so that the banks are imposing abusive interest rates to be subject to the prosecution of usury.
“Issues of unconstitutionality”
The Attorney General had filed 16 reports on behalf of the President of the Republic on the basis of Article 140 of the Constitution, because then the study had considered that the texts raise issues of unconstitutionality or incompatibility with European Union Law, some of their provisions”.
