Municipal Organisation of Social Solidarity for the Protection and Education of Crete” (N.The.K.A.E.USA.M) confirming the mutual intention to cooperate promptly and effectively to issues of provision of mental health services to the residents of the Municipality of Malevizi.
The common framework for action that was signed provides for the operation of “Psychiatric Clinic” in the seats of the Municipal Units (Gazi, Τυλισσός, Krousón) of the Malevizi Municipality.
The objective is the treatment and prevention of mental health problems of the residents of the area. To achieve this objective will work together in the 7th Over, the PAGNI “Venizelio” (Psychiatric Department of the ΓÎΗ “Venizelio”), the ΔΟΚΑΠΠΑΜ and the Structures of Protection for the elderly, which has in the above municipal units.
More specifically, this Clinic will operate initially circular once a month on the premises of the Municipal Units Gazi, Tylissos, Crete.
The Framework for Cooperation provides for the establishment of a Scientific Group composed by physicians and those directly involved professionals in health and social care of each Municipal Section of the Municipality of Malevizi, as well as a Steering Committee, composed of a directly involved in the action stub (professional health and social care) from each party which will examine the possibility of a more or less frequent operation of the department, depending on the needs of each region.
The duration of the Framework Understanding and Cooperation is defined as two years, starting from the signature of the (17.01.2017), while six months before the expiry of the non-complaint by the συμβαλλομÎνα parts result in automatic renewal for a further two years.
