Concern Juncker to Greece and Brexit

No other country has made greater steps to improve the competitiveness of Greece, said the president of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker in an interview given to the German radio station Deutschlandfunk.
The interview will be broadcast in its entirety tomorrow, Sunday.
Referring to the third program of rescue of Greece, Juncker said that he could collapse because the International Monetary Fund has not yet decided whether they will participate or not. “Yes, it is on precarious ground in the sense that we don’t see how the IMF could handle this problem,” he added.
Also, Juncker expressed concern that the 27 member states of the European Union will not manage to maintain a united front in negotiations with London for the withdrawal of Britain from the EU.
“The other 27 countries of the EU don’t know it yet, but the British know very well how to handle the situation like” allegedly said Juncker in an interview given to the German radio station Deutschlandfunk. “They could promise one thing in one country, something else in another country and something different in a third country, and in the end there is no single european front,” he stressed.

The 62-year-old former Luxembourg prime minister also said that he will be again candidate for the presidency of the european Commission in 2019. The 2014 “I had a nice campaign, but it won’t be a second because I’m not a candidate, and the second time,” he explained.
