As I do in the last few years, so today 27/12/2016 I visited the D.The.Y. St. Nicholas to testify to the statement I am pleased to enclose and has nothing to do with the end of traffic.
The head of D.The.Y. mr T. C. as he introduced himself to me, told me that I didn’t pick her up like he did the last time, because last year he didn’t answer me in the ministry and why has no legal force.
After I told her that I am a Greek citizen and I have every right to testify to any relevant application or statement I desire, I replied that I don’t have that right, and that he has a verbal command not to receive the documents.
Negative answered me when I asked her to give me in writing the above, and with a cynicism he told me, “wait as long as you want”.
After this behaviour and the unacceptable censorship of the document, by removing every legal right of the citizen, I left the office to come back later with a reporter to record the incident.
I just saw the lady told me to file the declaration in the protocol, he was waiting for information from the ministry and asked me to go to the law that allows citizens to submit documents in the public services.
After the protocol, I returned to the office, and with an attitude she said “put it in the office, also going to pop right up,” and received with the fee only when I told her that it says on it “the head”, but without the seal.
Beyond that wait more than one hour for one process to five minutes, and the unacceptable behavior, I felt shame and frustration for the Greek Public and the government that if, and indicates left, the only right that allows us to pay the unjust and δισβάστακτους taxes.
