(Title) The possibility of cancellation of all decisions of the Agency for Mediation and Arbitration (OMED) granting increases higher than those under the national collective agreement gives amendment tabled by Andreas Loverdos and G. Papakonstantinou
amendment except that precludes OMED to approve increases from now on, allows for cancellation and any increases approved OMED-even on his own initiative to Labour Minister-until now. The text of the amendment reads as follows:
