According to Police, after checking it was found that the 95 year old was convicted about two years ago by the Mixed Sworn Missolonghi, in a sentence of nine years and a fine of 75,000 euros, because he was found guilty of sexual abuse.
The 95 year old led initially to the public prosecutor at first instance of Mesologi and then in the prisons of Agios Stefanos in Patras.
