Beetlejuice 2: Tim Burton’s new sequel film trailer released

Tim Burton is going to take out the sequel to his legendary “Beetlejuice”. The long-awaited film was released yesterday (21.03.2024) by Warner Brow. Pictures. The internet tour makes the new trailer of “Beetlejuice 2” with thousands of Tim Burton fans stating excited about the director’s new job. The Beetle is returning after 36 years with Michael Keaton incarnate him again! With him are Winona Ryder and Catherine O’Hara both starring in the 1988 film of the same name. While, the new addition to the sequel film is Jenna Ortega Tim Burton’s “muse”. Jenna Ortega starred in Netflix’s Gothic series “Wednesday”, directed by Burton himself in 2022. Through the official summary of Beetlejuice 2 the details of the plot were also known: “After an unexpected family tragedy, three generations of the Deetz family return home to Winter River. Still haunted by the Beetle, Lydia’s life is overturned when her rebellious teenage daughter, Astrid, discovers the mysterious model of the city in the attic and accidentally opens the gate to the afterlife. With problems growing in both kingdoms, it is a matter of time before one says three times the name of the Beetle and the naughty demon to return to unleash his own chaos.” The film does not include CGI and how the majority of effects were made in a practical way, as in the first film, with Tim Burton stating: “He had to return to basics, have a handmade quality. That’s what gave me energy and love making movies in general.” Also the super-light cast of Beetlejuice Beetlejuice complement Monica Bellucci, Willem Dafoe and Justin Theroux. The script is signed by Alfred Gough and Miles Millar, who worked alongside Burton in the Wednesday series. As far as soundtrack is concerned, Danny Elfman will be writing it again.
