Because we walk unconsciously when we talk on the phone?

When talking on the phone, most people…
they tend to walk in space. If it’s in their house, then just walk from room to room, and if it’s on the way then continue to walk, but usually more slowly and with some stops.
Although there has yet to be any scientific proof for the reason that this is done, many studies related to the topic have seen the light of publicity.
It is known that the human brain is activated and works best, when we’re standing and when walking. Many scientists, artists, poets, writers, and composers adopt this method for the production of ideas.
When you are talking on the phone and you focus on your conversation, your brain changes focus and concentrates on the “place” where it becomes the call. If you watch people who are in “deep” conversation, you will notice that usually they look down, move slowly.
As a result of the external influences from the environment at that time are minimized, and subconsciously their body tells them to walk to be able to think better and to respond more effectively to the conversation. It’s the same as when people rub the chin or playing with the fingers of their hands in a business meeting (although this is a method of relief from the stress).
The basic principle is that walking helps us think better and have a better dialogue on the phone, while when we look down, we limit the optical irritations from the environment.
