six nationals of Syria (24-year-old, 28-year-old, two 29χÏονοι, 30-year-old and 19-year-old),
four nationals of Iraq (36-year-old, 34-year-old, 26-year-old with the minor child and her 23-year-old),
three nationals of Afghanistan (63-year-old, 39-year-old, 24-year-old and a minor),
26-year-old citizen of Somalia and
27-year-old national of Iran which came with the minor child.
And the 16 arrested have been fake passports of authorities in France, Bulgaria, Sweden, United Kingdom, Greece, Uruguay, Denmark, Austria, Czech republic, Romania and Belgium, in order to depart from Greece with flights that were bound for France, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany and the United Kingdom.
However, the forged documents during the verification of passports were found and seized. At the expense of the arrested were formed briefs which led to the public Prosecutor at first instance of Heraklion.
