Athens Exchange: At 1,395.24 units the General Index was developed, with a rise of 0.10%

Limited changes appear to have their prices at the opening of the Athens meeting today (3.4.2024), after yesterday’s strong retreat, amid a mild upward movement of European markets, while the General Index was formed at 1,395.24 units, with a slight rise of 0.10%. At the same time, the value of transactions amounts to 6,49m euros, while the high capitalisation index shows a marginal increase of 0.07% on the Stock Exchange, while the mid-capitalisation index declines to 0.38%. Of the shares in high capitalization the largest rise is recorded by the shares of Quest Equity (+0.87%), Aegean Airlines (+.83%) and OPAP (+.61%). On the contrary, the largest fall is recorded by the shares in Motor Oil (-1,16%), PPA (-0,93%) and EYDP (-0,88%). Upward moving 24 shares, 29 jumpers and 10 remain stable. The biggest rise is recorded by the shares: Alpha Urban Real Estate +6.27% and Attica Bank +4.12%, while the largest decline is recorded by the shares: Reds -3.42% and Lamps -2.44%. European stock exchanges Marginal fluctuations recorded European shares today at the start of trade with investors waiting to announce inflation figures in the eurozone. The EU-wide STOXX 600 index was unchanged at 10:15 Greek time. The technology industry rose 0.3%, however, recording fluctuations. The strong earthquake in Taiwan raised concerns about potential problems in the vital microprocessor manufacturing industry.
