Arrests φυγόποινων in a Tower and Missolonghi

for theft a 31-year-old with the oldest being the decree of the Council of Misdemeanors of Patras, but the investigation of his case changed the data and the decision.
The same Council adopted a new decree which removed the traffic conditions of dismissal which was granted and ordered his arrest to serve the sentence that was imposed on them.
