a 35-year-old national of Iran, against whom was pending a European Arrest Warrant by the Belgian Authorities, accused as a member of a Transnational Criminal Organization operates in the illegal trafficking of migrants from Iran in the countries of Europe.
Was arrested, early morning hours of 10-1-2017 in the Athens International Airport “Eleftherios Venizelos”, by police officers from the Security Department of the Directorate of Police at Athens Airport, a 42χρονος a national of Kazakhstan, at the expense of which was pending International Arrest Warrant to the Authorities of Kazakhstan, accused of a recommendation and participation in a criminal organisation, homicide, and illegal acquisition, possession, transfer and distribution of weapons.
The arrested, will be brought today to the Prosecutor of the court of Appeal of Athens.
