Angelina Jolie won the court dispute against Brad Pete for Miraval winery

Her lawyer says the actress recently achieved a series of court victories against her ex-husband for Chateau Miraval, the winery they bought in 2008. The court dispute between Hollywood stars, Brad Pitt and Adzena Jolie, who married on the Provence estate, in South France, 2014 and divorced in 2016, concerns the sale of Jolie’s ownership stake in Russian oligarch Yuri Shefler, in 2021. The judge ruled in favour of the Oscar-winning 48-year-old actress and rejected five of the seven allegations Pete put forward against her in the lawsuit she filed, during a hearing in Los Angeles last week. The judge rejected most of Mr. Pete’s allegations “because they have no legal basis”, Jolie’s lawyer, Paul Murphy, said in a statement Wednesday (20.03.02). “Pete’s lawsuit never involved a business dispute. Instead, it is his efforts to cover serious abuse and we are satisfied that the judge rejected so many of Mr. Pete’s complaints.” The actress who played the evil witch in Disney Maleficent’s film “really does not feed a bad mood for Pete,” said her lawyer, adding that Jolie “hopes that now he will relieve her of his frivolous lawsuit, stop his ruthless attacks and be on her side for the good of their family.” It is noted that the two actors have been involved in a series of court districts, in the last six years, between them and the custody of their six children. Jolie’s legal victory comes after her 60-year-old ex-husband had managed to achieve three legal victories against actress and billionaire Russian Yuri Shefler. In the Miraval dispute, Brad Pitt sued Angelina Jolie for breach of contract, after she sold her share of the estate to the Russian oligarch, without the consent or knowledge of the actor. The couple bought together Château Miraval in 2008, with Pete taking a leading role in a vineyard business that produces award-winning sparkling rosé wine. Last month, a court in Luxembourg temporarily removed Sefler from 10% of Miraval’s shares, resulting in Pete becoming a key shareholder. The latest development in the case comes weeks after Jolie failed to convince a Los Angeles Supreme Court to dismiss the case completely. Information From
