Androuliakis: Same pattern in the Tempes tragedy: Corruption and cover-up

A tough attack was launched by PASOK’s president, to the Prime Minister after his references to the rule of law in his interview with SKEI television. As Nikos Androulakis said “the day before yesterday, the European Public Prosecutor’s Office clearly linked the crime in Tembis to the failure to implement the work of telegovernment. In her conclusion in the summer she describes the offences of infidelity and infraction of duty for the Minister of the New Republic, Mr Karamanlis.” And he stressed: “Mr. Mitsotakis pretends he doesn’t know all this. We meet in this tragedy the same pattern: Corruption and cover-up”. Androuliakis added that PASOK-KINAL, based on this finding, proposed a pre-interrogation committee from the outset and left clear spikes for the tactics of Mr Mitsotakis and the government. “As they did in the scandal of their Member, Mr Patsis, with red loans. As they did in “the scandal of interceptions”. Unfortunately, in the hands of Mr Mitsotakis, the rule of law is downgraded in our country,” the president of PASOK-KINAL argued.
