The truth is that this issue is a bit subjective!
There are some healthy foods that they swear nutritionists, but many times we push our stomach in the feeling of hunger. Maybe you ever, while you consume a “proper” breakfast, after a few hours you feel your stomach growling and
looking frantically for an oven or a machine automatic seller to cover the “gap” that you feel. We here at the office we talked a little bit about this issue and we came to the conclusion that, indeed, some of these foods make our stomach hungry and eager for the next meal. Why is this happening?
