Anastasiadis: Turkey not only does not implement UN resolutions but tries to create accomplished

“It owns 1/3 of the territory of Cyprus and does not cooperate”

In the presence of the Presidential Commissioner Fotis Fotiou and in the framework of the NOSTOS program, the President of the Republic of Cyprus Nikos Anastasiadis received today, at the Presidential Palace, a group of young people from Cyprus, Greece, and Egypt.

Speaking to the young people, Mr. Anastasiadis, after welcoming them warmly, said, among other things, that “a vision when we were building the cooperation, was how it is utilized, in addition to the other possibilities given through the tripartite collaborations, stability, and cooperation in piles of topics such as Energy, Technology, Education, Trade, Tourism.

One of the visions was how to have, thanks to the main goal which is cooperation and peace in the region, the greatest possible benefits for those living in the Diaspora.

N. Anastasiadis also stated that “we are states with a culture of thousands of years and these roots are the connecting link between the three countries which are connected by inseparable ties of friendship“.

Finally, he wished “a good stay, creative cooperation and the best for the three countries and our peoples.”
