An escapee from Greece, is accused that he raped and choked the 19-year-old in Germany

in the case of the murder of 19-year-old Maria Λάντενμπέρκερ, daughter of a distinguished legal who works for the Commission, which was found dead in the river in the town of Freiburg, Germany.
