Agreement between Russia and Turkey for truce in Syria

agreed on a proposal to achieve a general ceasefire in Syria, passed today by the state Anadolu news agency, adding that the aim is to put in place until midnight.
The Anadolu, citing sources, reported that the two countries have reached an agreement, which will be presented on the warring sides to extend the ceasefire that was implemented recently in Aleppo to allow the civilians and the rebels to evacuate the city.
Russia, Iran and Turkey have declared ready last week to mediate to achieve a peace agreement after talks in Moscow where they adopted a declaration that defines the conditions that should satisfy any agreement.
Reuters contacted the ministry of Foreign affairs of Turkey in Ankara without any source available to confirm the information.
