ADE: Countdown for the provision for automatic completion and reporting for employees and pensioners

In the immediate days the provision for the automatic completion and submission of this provision is expected to be submitted to Parliament for about 1 million and which in 2023 gained income exclusively from salaries and pensions. Free professionals With regard to the tax returns of freelance professionals, the new scheme of hypothetical taxation of professionals, self-employed persons and businesses adds new codes to Form E3 for the calculation of income obtained in 2023. In particular, the new information to be completed by the 670,000 professionals concerns: In the years of operation of the company, the total annual salary costs of employees, provided that the undertaking employs staff, and the amount of the company’s annual turnover. At the same time, taxpayers should declare: If exempt from the new taxation system (multiple or disabled 80% or more) If they are entitled to a reduction in the minimum annual net income to be determined by the new system (they are based in a small village, a disability of 67%-79% etc.). If they fall into a category that is exempt from the presumption of taxation, such as a patient hospitalized, recruited, imprisoned etc. If they want control by the ADE to confirm that its revenues are indeed below the minimum laid down in the law. Time for the submission of statements by 8.5 million debtors has begun to count backwards since according to the schedule end of March the electronic portal of AADE is to open. The income tax will be repaid in eight equal monthly instalments with the first being paid at the end of July and the last in February 2025. If the additional tax is paid once, a 3% discount on the total amount shall be granted.
