AADE: “Alma” 10% on new debts due in December

“Alma” 10% noted young people in December 2023, according to data published on Monday (1.1.2024). More specifically, as AADE points out, for the reference month (December), the new outstanding debts reached 715m euros, while last year they had reached 651m euros ( 10% increase). Overall, young and old debtors amounted in December to 3,873,487, by 2.70% less than the 3,979,795 of November, while in the corresponding period of 2022, the number of debtors was 3,999,717 (increased by 2.9%).
