This group showed better results in terms of weight loss (2 pounds less) and the participants in this group demonstrated that they have lower cholesterol levels and less body fat. It is also important that the triglycerides of the group decreased by approximately 23 units, and that the people of the first group decreased their “bad” (LDL) cholesterol by 10 points. The authors of the study argue that the cumin and other “hot” spices have the ability to accelerate the metabolism.
How to use it
– Add a little cumin to the yogurt and then eat it with empty stomach early in the morning , before you eat or drink anything .
– Add three grams of cumin to your meals . For example : sprinkle on roasted vegetables or legumes, or add the lentils .
