Odysseus Konstantinopoulos, Member of Arcadia and the head of the Field Development.The. the Democratic ΣυμπαÏάταξης (PASOK-DIMAR), tabled a question in Parliament, addressed to the Minister of Economy, Competitiveness and Tourism, on the procedures for mounting and movement of personnel, and selection of heads of Special Services and the Central Service of the NSRF.
As mentioned by mr. Konstantinopoulos, illegal and irregular placements of managers with “specific” procedures, or direct selections from the political leadership of the Ministry, without pretexts. It notes that any defects and errors on the one hand, threaten the proper functioning of the KAU A.E. and, on the other, risking even greater delays and loss of funds (again) for our country.
As a consequence, the Member of the Democratic ΣυμπαÏάταξης asks the Minister to inform the House whether have already become illegal or irregular placements, such as complains and the Association of Workers in KAU A.E., as well as when it will be public and transparent, the positions of the heads.

In a recent (25/05/2016) communication, the Association of Workers in KAU A.E. make the complaint for lack of transparency and meritocracy in the practice followed by the Ministry of Economy for the placement and movement of staff and the appointment of heads of Special Services and the Central Service of the NSRF.
According to the complaints of workers, has not been issued the required by law 4314/2014 Ministerial Decision, they have launched public – as they ought – the positions of heads of Special Services and the Central Service of KAU, has developed a meritocratic and transparent system of selection. On the contrary, illegal placements of managers with “specific” procedures, or direct selections from the political leadership of the Ministry, without pretexts.
Since this is a key area, which is directly connected with the development and utilization of the funds of the NSRF, but also that any breach of ethics and law may lead to even greater delays and loss of funds (again) for our country, it is necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the KAU A.E. and to avoid discrepancies and errors.
As a consequence, will the Minister responsible:
When will be issued the required by the law.4314/2014 Ministerial Decision for the placement and movement of the staff in the Special Services of the ESPA? a
When will be launched publicly, with transparent procedures, the positions of supervisors?
Have actually already become illegal or irregular placements supervisors? With what processes and what criteria?
