At the meeting, in accordance with the communication from the ΠΟΕΣΥ, was stressed by all the speakers, the need for immediate mobilizations in support for the defense of the insurance rights of the industry and the rescue of the advertisement tax. The ΠΟΕΣΥ, in the immediate meeting of the board of directors after the end of the joint meeting with all the stakeholders of the industry, decided to start picketing life as follows: a 48-hour strike in the print media (newspapers, magazines) and online MEDIA, as well as the General Secretariat of Information and Communication, the ana – MPA and the Press Offices, from 06:00 on the morning of Thursday 21 April until 06:00 on Saturday morning 23 April.
Also, all the broadcast MEDIA in the private and public sector, from 06:00 in the morning of Friday, 22 April to 06:00 in the morning of Sunday 24 April.
Next Friday 22 April will meet again the governing council of the ΠΟΕΣΥ for the purpose of an escalation of strike tactics.
