The idea of merging the parties of the Italian right and far right began to be discussed more intensely earlier this month.
The parties of the Italian center-right and far right intend to work closely in the next national elections in 2023, said yesterday the former Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, leader of the center-right party Forza Italia.
According to a recent poll by the Istituto Ixè, the three parties would get a combined 47% of the vote if the election were held today.
