held the second and final meeting of the Headquarters for the organization of events in memory of the Genocide of Greeks of Pontos. The events, which will take place on Sunday 22 May in Giannitsá, organized by the Regional unit of Pella, with the decisive contribution of the Municipality of Pella and the Pontian and Refugee Associations.
The meeting was organized with the initiative of the Regional Pella, mr. Theodoros Theodoridis who was mentioned in the context of realization of events. Following the suggestions of the underlying representatives of Clubs, established the final schedule of events which is going to be made public for the greatest possible participation by our citizens in the events.
As mr Theodoridis, “we must all support the events with the participation of us, especially the clubs of the Regional Unit of Pella and all citizens to send a strong message to every direction that the story is not παÏαχαÏάζεται from anyone”. Mr. vice governor has invited all citizens to attend the events, paying minimum tribute to the victims of the Genocide of Greeks of Pontos.
At the same time, it was decided that the reading message on the day of 19 May, to all the schools Primary and Secondary Education of Pella.
