In the context of the environmental program of the GOVERNMENT Portal, with the topic “Electric Vehicle”, the students of section C, Electrical, B-Vehicle, B Electrical, set as a goal the construction of an electric vehicle (car or bike)…
Eventually they chose to build an electric motor.
For the realization of the project had to find some materials, accessories which the school did not have. So decided to do a search of these materials in institutions and companies of our county. Drafted and sent letter asking for financial or logistical assistance.
The company ΒΙΟΛΑΝΤΑ COOKIES – ΒΙΟΛΑΝΤΑ SA and the Municipality PORTAL, responded to the invitation and helped financially to launch the project in accordance with the design that was decided to be followed.
For the construction of the “Electric Motor”, he needed the purchase of an electric motor Continuous DC Power, a variable speed drive, batteries and small parts and various materials. Student of B Vehicles, brought the skeleton of a machine large displacement (CB1 400cc) and so began the search for concrete-specification of materials and components.
Purchased from the web, electric motor power 800Watt (1Hp), 36Volt Dc (DC), was given an order for construction of a governor in private as well as purchase three batteries for the power supply of the motor (3*12=36).
Until the engine and to be built by the governor, began to set up the skeleton of the machine, in order to accommodate the accessories. Βάφηκε again, added bases for the engine batteries and the governor.
