The body of the fisherman has been identified by the rescue authorities, west from where it was knocked over the boat (photo-video). The unlucky man was fishing with his son yesterday in the sea area north of Heraklion, when the boat capsized resulting in the two of them to be found in the sea.
The son had managed to get himself ashore, while his father was missing set up operation of the by sea by the coast guard and nearby vessels and from the air with helicopter.
