Κύρτσος: “farmers have got to go with the good, or…”

“Sometimes you have to leave the farmers from the streets, with the good, perhaps…
and with the most hard. We can’t be hostages of a group of farmers, who I don’t know if it’s representative,” he said, speaking on the “Agency 104,9 FM”, the mep of the SOUTHWEST, George Κύρτσος.
Mr. Κύρτσος ξέφρασε doubts as to whether those involved in the demonstrations represent the farmers, saying that some come from the COMMUNIST party and called on the government to address the problem.
“The others were from the roadblocks, other than the Greek COMMUNIST party, this is not the majority of farmers, so we have to deal with the government,” he pointed out and referred to the impact caused to the trade, and on exports – imports of goods and stressed that if they continue the road blocks for another 2 – 3 weeks, then there will be a crisis of confidence.
In the meantime, referring to the diversification of the countries of the Visegrad to the refugee issue, he said that these countries have different experiences and priorities, noting that the European Union (EU) will have to be more careful, when they are placed within the, with the successive enlargements. “We can deal with συνεννοούμενοι mainly with the most highly developed, i.e. Germany, Austria, Sweden, have been opened and their countries and they want to integrate refugees and immigrants,” noted mr Κύρτσος.
Also, she mentioned the outline of the positions put forward by the leader of the SOUTHWEST during the meetings with the representatives of the European People’s Party, and expressed the view that the Europeans want to close positively the evaluation, until March 27, with the condition that they will respond positively and the Greek government.
