YALCO has entered a new phase of growth following the successful completion of its corporate restructuring process and significant debt reduction. As stated in its official announcement on restructuring and debt relief, the measures create the conditions for financial stability, improved liquidity, and further expansion of the company’s operations.
Legal Milestone: Court Approval of Restructuring Agreement
A key milestone was reached with the issuance of Decision No. 12240/2026 by the Multi-Member First Instance Court of Thessaloniki, which officially ratified YALCO’s restructuring agreement under Law 4738/2020. This agreement marks a fundamental balance sheet reorganization, resulting in a substantial reduction of liabilities and an estimated €34.3 million strengthening of the Group’s net equity.
Debt Repayment Plan and Financial Predictability
Under the agreement, obligations to EFKA (the Greek Social Insurance Institution) and the Hellenic State have been restructured into 240 monthly installments. This long-term repayment framework enhances both financial stability and operational predictability for the company.
New Strategic Direction
With the restructuring now formalized, YALCO is moving forward with its updated business and investment strategy. Key objectives include boosting sales, improving creditworthiness, and generating sustainable value for shareholders and partners. Strong support from core shareholders and strategic investors further reinforces the company’s ability to accelerate its development trajectory.
