According to the Hellenic National Meteorological Service (EMY), increased cloudiness with rain, scattered thunderstorms — some locally intense — and isolated hail are forecast for the Ionian Islands, Epirus, western Macedonia, western Sterea, and western and southern Peloponnese, quickly spreading to other inland areas, Evia, the Sporades, the northern Aegean, and from midday to the western Cyclades and western Crete. In the Dodecanese, eastern Cyclades, and eastern Crete, skies will initially be clear, but clouds will develop by noon, leading to local rains at night, gradually turning into scattered thunderstorms and isolated hail.
