For the next 24 hours, it appears that the weather will remain relatively cool and cloudy. Elsewhere in the country, there will be occasional cloudiness with increased cloud cover during the afternoon and evening hours in inland areas, accompanied by local showers or downpours mainly in the mountains, according to the Hellenic National Meteorological Service’s forecast. Winds in the western regions will vary between 3-4 Beaufort, while in the eastern parts, they will blow from northern directions at 3-5 Beaufort, and locally up to 6 Beaufort in the Aegean Sea. Temperatures will slightly rise, reaching 27-28°C in the Ionian and inland areas, and locally up to 29°C in the west, while in the Aegean, temperatures will reach 26°C Celsius. In Attica, there will be slight cloudiness that may increase during the afternoon and evening hours, with possible brief rain in the western and northern areas. Winds will blow from northern directions at 3-5 Beaufort, and temperatures will range from 17 to 27°C. Similar conditions are expected in Thessaloniki, Macedonia, Thrace, Ionian Islands, Epirus, Western Sterea, Western Peloponnese, Eastern Sterea, Evia, Eastern Peloponnese, Cyclades, Crete, Islands of the Eastern Aegean, Dodecanese, and Thessaly.
