According to the Hellenic National Meteorological Service (EMY), increased cloudiness will be observed throughout the country. Local showers are forecasted for the Ionian Sea, mainland areas, and the northeastern Aegean islands, which may intensify in the northwestern regions during the afternoon. Isolated thunderstorms are predicted for the Ionian Sea and Epirus. The transport of African dust is favored mainly towards the western and southern parts of Greece. Winds will blow from southerly directions at 4 to 6 Beaufort, with local gusts up to 7 Beaufort in the Ionian Sea. Temperatures will remain relatively stable, reaching up to 19°C in northern mainland areas, 20-22°C in most regions, and 23-24°C locally in northern Crete and the Dodecanese. Attica will experience increased cloudiness with local showers in the afternoon, southerly winds at 3 to 5 Beaufort, and temperatures ranging from 12°C to 21°C. Similar conditions are forecasted for Thessaloniki, Macedonia, Thrace, Ionian Islands, Epirus, Western Sterea, Western Peloponnese, Eastern Sterea, Evia, Eastern Peloponnese, Cyclades, Crete, Eastern Aegean Islands, and Dodecanese.
