Weather: Rains, storms and hail come to Athens in the next few hours

DEPENDING Snows will fall towards night in the northern mountains. There will be rains and storms in Attica and Athens in the evening hours. The phenomena will be transiently intense, while there is the possibility of hailfall. The following forecast maps reflect the estimated cumulative precipitation heights (waterfalls/snowfalls) until the evening of Tuesday 04/02 and the estimated maximum wind intensity for Tuesday 04/02. Bad weather and Tuesday Rains will occur in many areas of the mainland, and in island parts of the Aegean, while snow will fall to the continental mountainous and temporary areas of Western Macedonia with a lower altitude. More will be the phenomena in the eastern and southern mainlands, in Evia and the Cyclades, while quickly in Western Greece and progressively in Northern Greece the weather will improve. Very reinforced winds of northern addresses, with tensions of 6-7 Beaufort and possibly temporary local 8 Beaufort, will prevail in the Aegean. The temperature will drop markedly, which will continue on Wednesday 05/02, then maintained for several days at low levels.
