Weather on March 25th: Parades with Showers, African Dust, and Temperatures at 24°C

According to the weather forecast by Hellenic National Meteorological Service (EMY), clouds are expected across the country. Intermittent rainfall is predicted for the Ionian Sea, mainland areas, and islands in the northeastern Aegean, potentially becoming intense in the northwestern regions during the afternoon. Isolated thunderstorms may occur over the Ionian Sea and Epirus. The transport of African dust is favored mainly towards western and southern areas. Winds will blow from southerly directions at 4 to 6 Beaufort scale, with local gusts up to 7 Beaufort in the Ionian Sea. Temperatures will remain relatively stable, reaching 19°C in northern mainland areas, 20-22°C in other regions, and up to 23-24°C in parts of northern Crete and the Dodecanese. Forecasts for the following days indicate continued showers and thunderstorms, with temperatures gradually dropping, especially in western and eastern regions.
