Weather Forecast for Tomorrow: Snow in the Mountains and African Dust Transport to the South – Up to 22 Degrees

The weather tomorrow (31.03.2025) will be unstable with heavy rains expected in most areas of the eastern part of the country. The phenomena will locally be dangerous from noon in the Cyclades, in the afternoon in eastern Sterea and Evia, and in the evening on the islands of the eastern Aegean. According to the weather forecast by Hellenic National Meteorological Service (EMY), increased cloudiness across the country with rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally strong in most eastern regions. The phenomena from noon in the Cyclades and gradually in eastern Sterea, Evia, and the islands of the eastern Aegean will be dangerous in some places. Light snowfall is expected in the mountains of Epirus and central Sterea. The transport of African dust is favored in the southeastern part of the country. Winds in the west, central, and northern areas will be variable at 3 to 4 Beaufort, gradually turning to easterly directions up to 5 Beaufort. In the remaining areas, easterly and southeasterly winds will blow at 5 to 6 Beaufort, while in the southeastern parts, they will reach 7 to 8 Beaufort. Temperatures will not show significant change, reaching 17 to 19 degrees Celsius in most areas, 20 degrees Celsius in the southern island region, and locally in Crete 21 to 22 degrees Celsius.
