The weather forecast for tomorrow, April 8th, predicts wintry conditions across Greece. According to the Hellenic National Meteorological Service (EMY), there will be showers and thunderstorms in almost all regions of the country. Clouds are expected to increase locally with scattered thunderstorms in Crete and the Dodecanese until midday. Light snowfall is anticipated in the mountainous areas of mainland Greece. North winds will blow at 4 to 6 Beaufort scale, reaching up to 7 Beaufort locally in the Aegean Sea. Temperatures will remain low for this time of year, not exceeding 11-13°C in most areas. Frost may occur during the morning and evening hours in northern inland regions. In Attica, clouds will periodically intensify with northeasterly winds at 4-6 Beaufort gradually weakening. Temperatures will range from 5°C to 14°C. Similar conditions are expected in Thessaloniki, Macedonia, Thrace, Ionian Islands, Epirus, Western Sterea, Western Peloponnese, Eastern Sterea, Evia, Eastern Peloponnese, Cyclades, Crete, islands of the eastern Aegean, and the Dodecanese.
