Tomorrow, Friday 15 May, much of Greece will see increased cloud cover with scattered rain showers or thunderstorms, according to the Hellenic National Meteorological Service (EMY). The detailed forecast indicates that clouds will temporarily thicken across the country, bringing isolated rain or thunderstorms — especially during the early morning hours in western Greece and central Macedonia, and again in the afternoon across other inland mountainous areas.

Visibility will be locally reduced during early morning and evening hours over inland regions, where fog is expected to form overnight and into the morning.

Elsewhere in the region — including central and western Macedonia — cloud cover will increase temporarily during the afternoon and evening, bringing isolated rain or showers, and possibly isolated thunderstorms in mountainous zones.
