An interview given by the former prime minister…
of Italy, Massimo D Αλέμα, caused panic to the lenders.

“From a poor country such as Greece, huge amounts are transferred to a rich country such as Germany through the difference in interest rates. The poor country is getting poorer, the rich richer,” says open D Αλέμα.
“When the poor country can no longer pay the debts coming european aid. We give Greece 250 billion. euro, but not for the pensions of the Greeks, but to pay the interest on German, French and a small percentage in Italian.
Two hundred and twenty billion. euro 250 billion. euro aid went directly to the German, French and Italian banks,” notes a member of the Italian centre-left, and highlights in particular: “In fact, when it is said that we have to pay for the pensions of the Greeks -no, we pay the German banks.
