According to the data of Eurostat, to 15% of deaths from traffic accidents in the European Union consist of guides motorbike-motorcycles. Unfortunately, we have another unpleasant first for me, since the highest rates are recorded in Greece, Cyprus and Malta. All support the initiative of the Forum “Drive safely” in order to raise awareness, through actions and events, all our fellow-citizens for safe driving behavior.

The participation of all of us in the open event it is necessary to reinforce the message “Drive safely”!”.
More than 60 bodies of Heraklion and of Crete, we are joining forces in order to limit and, where possible, to eliminate the traffic on our site.
In the context of the event, which will last until late in the evening, we will develop actions on road safety, will be given courses in first aid, will operate kiosks to view and update the drivers, and all participants will have the opportunity to participate in simulation exercises of intoxication and driving. Also, it will take place in beach volley tournament and a football tournament 5×5 with the responsibility of ΕΠΣΗ, with the participation of amateur groups of various associations and bodies in the Prefecture of Heraklion, volleyball and football, as well as veteran players. At the same time, there will be a tv and radio spot, as well as actions to inform citizens of the participating actors and associations and the program of the event will be broadcast live from the sponsors of communication.
We call all over the world to participate in the open event of 31 July, the Thalassa Magic, in Amoudara, from 11:00 am.m. reinforcing the message “Drive safely”.
