Fox News confirmed additional information indicating that 30 Tomahawk missiles were also aimed at other nuclear installations in the country. Meanwhile, Republican Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, emphasized that the American bombings on Iranian nuclear facilities serve as a clear reminder to both adversaries and allies that President Trump ‘means what he says.’ As noted via X (formerly Twitter), ‘the President gave Iran’s leader every chance to agree on a deal, but Iran refused to commit to a nuclear disarmament agreement.’ Johnson reiterated that military operations in Iran must clearly remind opponents and allies alike that President Trump means his words. Donald Trump was consistent and clear that he would not tolerate a nuclear-armed Iran, Johnson reminded. ‘The decisive action by the President prevents the world’s leading state sponsor of terrorism, which chants “Death to America,” from acquiring the deadliest weapon on the planet,’ Johnson stressed, supporting the notion that this is the ‘America First’ policy in action.
