Voucher tourism: As of today, applications for an allowance of EUR 1,250

As of today (30.10.2024) applications for the new voucher will start giving trainees an allowance of EUR 1,250. This notice concerns 20,000 beneficiaries (unemployed but also tourism workers). A priority order will be observed. The programme may involve unemployed persons and workers who have at least two hundred wages in total in the tourism sector (i.e. 8 months of work in the last decade) or a speciality related to training specialisation and belong to one of the categories: seasonal tourism business workers, temporary unemployed and long-term unemployed in the tourism sector and tourism business workers whose employment contracts were put, in the years 2020 and/or 2021, suspended due to the temporary cessation or suspension of operation of the enterprises in which they worked, in the context of measures to prevent and address the spread of the coronavirus Covid19.
