Volo: 37-Year-Old Assaults 21-Year-Old Woman and Damages Her Car

A shocking incident occurred in Volo today, Friday (14.03.2025), where a 21-year-old woman was assaulted by a 37-year-old man who also caused significant damage to her car. According to magnesianews.gr, the altercation took place outside a convenience store in the Palia area of Volo. For unknown reasons, the attacker threw a punch at the young woman, injuring her and sending her to the hospital. Additionally, the perpetrator damaged the victim’s Smart car, shattering the windows and causing extensive harm to the vehicle. The 37-year-old was arrested and charged with bodily harm, threats, vandalism, and violation of weapon laws. During a search of the suspect’s vehicle by the police, two knives and a lost item were discovered.
