The United States has labeled as ‘unacceptable’ Iran’s decision to suspend cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), just days after military operations aimed at destroying Tehran’s nuclear facilities. ‘We will use the word unacceptable — that Iran chose to suspend cooperation with the IAEA at a time when it has the opportunity to step back and choose the path of peace and prosperity,’ stated U.S. Department of State spokesperson Tammy Bruce during a press briefing. She further emphasized, ‘Iran must cooperate with the IAEA.’
