Pro-Palestinian protesters entered Trump Tower in New York despite strong police presence. According to ERT, the group includes Jewish demonstrators from the organization ‘Jewish Voice for Peace,’ who held banners and wore red clothing with messages condemning U.S. arms shipments to Israel and carrying the slogan ‘Bring Mahmoud Home Now.’ Police arrested 98 people. The 30-year-old student is a permanent U.S. resident, married to an American citizen, and was arrested outside his apartment in New York on Saturday, facing deportation and is currently held in a Louisiana detention center.
