“Unacceptable Treatment of Employees of the AEGEAN”

Dear tromaktiko,10 days ago I had a flight Athens-Santorini and travel together with the little pet of mine… I was informed the other day by phone that I travel with a pet, so when I got an airport they sent me first to pay the 20 euros and then to pass from the control of the pet. So when I went to the control, the clerk announced that I couldn’t fly because the αντιλυσικο vaccine is annual and it was all over.Unfortunately, I wasn’t aware that the αντιλυσικο vaccine must be done every time.Explained to the employees that before 1 and half month,and then it was all over the vaccine, I had to fly again with my own pet, from Santorini-Athens-Thessaloniki and then they didn’t made a problem in any αεροδρομειο. I had to stay in Athens and you don’t even have enough money for a hotel and other tickets, Also the ships had a 48-hour strike, which means that I had to stay 2 days in Athens. Things we explained to the clerk and the chair of the aegean, but no understanding.No courtesy!!! any effort to help a for years customer,for a mistake for which I don’t ευθυνομουν just me that I didn’t know about the εμβολειο, but those who left in the first place to fly. the only thing I heard from the chair of the aegean was to nag me, that only I εφτεγα because I didn’t know about the vaccine and he said he doesn’t take responsibility for the other employees of the aegean, which left me to fly in the first place.
